هذي اسألة مقابلة الفيديو اللي جت للمتقدمين لمسار supply chain لعلها تفيد المتقدمين الان او مستقبلا

نقطة مهمة لازم اذكرها ان الموقع يستخدم artificial intelligence لتحليل المقابلة وتقييم المتقدمين وتقديمها ل unilever، وش يعني هالكلام؟ يعني ان الموقع راح يقيم مدى ثقتك بالكلام واهتزازه ونبرة الصوت ونوع الكلمات اللي تستخدمها وحركات يدك وجسمك (body language) من خلال تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي، بغض النظر عن محتوى الكلام اللي تقوله هل هو صح او غلط، بعدها المقابلة تروح للشركة لتقييم اجوبتك، فمهم جدا انك تكون واثق من نفسك بالمقابلة وماتتوتر حتى لو جوابك مو منطقي مرة وكثير منه غلط لان اللي يبحثون عنه بالمقابلة leader traits اكثر من انه knowledge

You’re responsible for updating the contract details for a third party contracted manufacturer of Marmite on SAP, our supply chain management software. You need to liaise with different people in different departments to gather the information: volumes from planning, pricing from manufacturing and location from transportation. There is one day left to complete the task and yet, despite repeated requests by email and phone, your contact in manufacturing has not responded to your request.
1. What steps would you take to gather the information before the deadline?
2. If you couldn’t obtain the information before the deadline what would you do?
3. If you weren’t successful in obtaining the information, how would you feel?

You’re working in the planning team of a foods factory, producing Lipton. Tomorrow is the deadline for shipping deliveries to Giant Supermarkets ready for a new Lipton promotion. The promotion has featured an extensive social media campaign to drive sales. You’ve just been informed that the delivery of raw materials has broken down. There is a risk that the tight manufacturing schedule will not be feasible in the time remaining.
1. What is the potential impact on the retailer and consumer of failing to meet the delivery schedule?
2. What steps could you take to solve this problem?
3. Who do you need to keep informed?
4. What method of communication would you choose for each
