Survey on the University Library

Dear Library User



The University administration continuously strives to enhance the quality of Library resources and services. The Library Affairs Committee (LAC) cordially invites all library users to provide their valuable input regarding their level of satisfaction with the Library’s resources, services, facilities and staff. Two online questionnaires have been prepared for this purpose: one for faculty/staff/graduate students and another one for undergraduate students. We have endeavored to make these questionnaires as brief as possible yet still allow users to provide their feedback regarding a broad range of library resources and services



We greatly appreciate if you would take a few minutes of your time to complete this questionnaire. Your opinion is VERY VALUABLE and the results will be used to review and revise present library services and to GUIDE FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS
